Who do I contact at School if I have any concerns about my child?
For all academic and social concerns
In the Primary Department
The first point of contact is the class teacher. They will liaise with other members of staff where necessary.
If you feel that your concern is not addressed by the class teacher, please contact Ms Clarke, Head of Primary.
In the Senior Department
The first point of contact is the form tutor. They will liaise with other members of staff where necessary. If you feel that your concern is not addressed by the form tutor, please contact the Key Stage 3 Co-ordinator for Years 7 to 9, Mr Noel Henry, or the Key Stage 4 Co-ordinator for Years 10 and 11, Mrs Sharon Pratt or KS5 Co-ordinator Mrs Jan Palmer. They will liaise with other members of staff where necessary.
If your concerns are still not addressed, please contact the Deputy Head - Pastoral, Mrs Sharon Pratt or Deputy Head - Curriculum, Mr Arran Jennings, depending on the nature of the concern.
If your concerns continue please telephone or make an appointment to see the Headteacher Mrs Patricia Hawley.
For all the above - ring School Reception on 01509 263901 and ask to speak to the appropriate person. If that person is teaching or not available a message will be passed on to them and they will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
