Remembrance Amherst

Every Remembrance Day, Amherst School, Fairfield Prep, Loughborough High School and Loughborough Grammar unite through marches and ceremonies. A time for pupils and staff to honour those who lost their lives during battle.

Pupils and staff came together around the quad to collaboratively  recite hymns and prayers, whilst honouring the fallen during the Centenary Remembrance.

Remembrance Sunday saw the pupils who were part of the CCF march through Loughborough town centre to Queen’s Park. Whilst stood around the iconic Carillion, the local Remembrance Service commenced.
